Lady’s Scrap Basket

Pattern for a 51″ x 64″ Quilt

A basket sampler quilt inspired by fabrics and design from the 1830’s to 1840’s. The original quilt is pieced from the Sarah’s Story Collection by Betsy Chutchian for Moda fabrics. Named for Sarah Hale, an author, poet and editor of Godey’s Lady’s Book for 40 years.

The same quilt is also created using updated fabrics for a totally different look.
