Information
At Bits 'n Pieces we are committed to providing you with
exceptional customer service. Most
orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days. From time to
time, delays may occur due to weather, availability or other
conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any delay in the
shipping of your order.
We
normally ship United States Postal Service.
Shipping & Handling charges are:
Up
to $5.00 - $1.50
$5.01 - $18.00 - $3.00
$18.01 and up - $6.00 (U.S. Priority Mail)
International Priority - $9.00 and up
Return
Policy
If an item is defective or damaged, simply contact us by phone
at (734) 641-4970 or by email at info@bitsnpieces.net
within 14 days for an authorization to return the item. Sorry,
due to copyright laws, patterns, books and CD's are not returnable.
Include
a copy of the receipt, the original box, and package materials.
All items contained in a "kit" must be returned to us.
We recommend that you insure any returns, as we cannot be
responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please
note we will refund shipping costs only if the return is our error
or the product is damaged. Send it prepaid via UPS or US Mail and
